We purchased our first PS4 3 weeks ago and set it up with one master with PSN plus and 3 sub accounts. The kids have had no problem playing online and creating fire teams with their sub accounts.
This weekend we brought another PS4 since it was turning out to be a good investment. We had no problems at first. We left the original PS4 as primary. On Monday this week all 3 sub accounts lost their plus status on Destiny.
I rang PSN support and told them my issue. This turned out to be the most frustrating experience. According to their database my kids have never logged into destiny and played it with their sub accounts. Which i know is not true as i have sat and watched way too much game play during my TV time... GRRRR.
So they refused to offer any help since according to them they don't even use their sub accounts. No matter how many times i said they are logged in right now. He just kept telling me they weren't because it did not show up on his screen. One of my kids then logged into FIFA15 and he could see him logged on that.
Any who.... Today our primary PS4 is allowing the sub accounts to play destiny as plus members but the secondary one is only recognising 1 sub account as a plus member.
I am unsure if this is a PSN network problem as according to them our sub accounts have never logged into Destiny, or if this is a game issue.
Any help would be much appreciated
PLEASE NOTE.... since found out ...due to child frustration the sub account i thought was now recognised on the secondary PS4 was only a possibility because he purchased the free 2 day trail. hope this doesn't screw it up more!!!
