The eject button no longer works.

Yesterday I had the auto eject problem so I turned off the console and rebooted it. The problem went away I think since it's been fine but the eject button no longer works. I guess it's no big deal since I can do it via the options menu but I feel uneasy. Any advice on how to fix this problem other than bringing it Sony since I live really far away from the nearest Sony support?

Did you try to turn off and unplug your PS4 from the power outlett then replug it in and turn it back on and start your PS4 up? Could be an intermittent problem.

i dont even know where the eject button is

I wasnt even aware that there is one :/

Persoanally i think this is the worst and only design fault of the system. In the dark, how many of us have accidentally turned the system off, when in fact we just wanted to eject the disc, because we couldn't see which button we were pressing ?

I have only ever used the eject and turn off button once on my PS4 because my PS4 is vertical and I can never bloody find it.

Tried every possible way to no avail. Well, since everything else still works fine I won't bother to send it in. Since the eject button broke, maybe I won't get the eject issue anymore (touch wood).
