I want to try and see how many people will tweet this guy. An executive tweeted that if you want to complain about PS4's firmware, tell Toshimasa Aoki about future firmware requests.
I say lets Tweet him

Sony's done decently enough in the PlayStation 4 firmware update department – Suspend/Resume is a Godsend – but it does seem to take its time between patches. This makes it extra frustrating when your most demanded feature doesn't make the shortlist, as you know that it's going to be a while before the functionality makes the grade. There is a way to make your voice heard, however.
Potentially fed up with a constant barrage of requests, Worldwide Studios president Shuhei Yoshida tweeted earlier today that Toshimasa Aoki works on PS4 features, and is open to requests. "You can send Toshi your feedback and requests," the affable executive said. "That will help us." Watch out Aoki-san – there's an influx of angry followers heading your way.
To be fair, he's already been busy on the social networking site. One member pointed out that he'd like to see uncompressed screenshots make the cut in the next major update, to which he responded: "Thanks for the feedback, will look into this." We made a substantial list of features that we'd like earlier in the year, most of which haven't been implemented yet.
C'mon Sony – sort it out.
