Urgent Help please guys

hi everyone,
im having no joy with Sony or EA
I purchased BF4 premium edition on the ps store whilst it was on offer. I have the email from sony confirming the purchase and the money left my bank account.
I cant download the game - its asking me to purchase it again!
ive activated the ps4, using the correct psn, even been into the boot menu & pressed some options (as per sony tech support) still nothing. the game is showing in my transaction history when I log in on my pc.
ea said its a sony problem not theres.
anyone able to offer any help

Is the game even out yet? I only see it for pre order at Bestbuy in Canada

thanks for replying. Yes it's activated as primary, sony also asked that I deactivate then reactivate, also renew the license just incase

Just checked the ps store and says released 22nd October 2014

Also check your free space on PS4 HD, which should be enough to host the game.

Did you look into your Library on PS4 menu? The game you purchased should be visible there too, with a small arrow pointing down. If you click on the arrow, the download should begin.

I've been checking the library incase it takes a while to appear and nothing there, it's been a week!!
It's a brand new ps4 and ive only downloaded one game from the monthly psplus

Could I log onto a friends ps4 using my Psn and try downloading on his? If it works is be able to still dowmload it on mine tho?

I think you were confusing BF4 with BF Hardline there.

On the PS4 when in the store look around for a "2nd" BF4 and see whats there.

I had a problem like that before and it turned out there were "2" of the game to buy and I was trying to download the wrong one.

Also if you bought in on the PC store did you accidently purchase the PS3 version? Only asking as a couple times I tried to download demos then realized they were not for the PS4.
