Which monitor is better for gaming on PS4 console? (i need help)

or a smart 3d TV with 200Hz Clear Motion Rate?

I play on a large LED-backlit LCD TV and my ViewSonic HD monitor, i cannot tell the difference but prefer the TV because of the size of the screen and comfort of sitting on the sofa when playing.
