Why did you buy a Playstation?

The main reason I bought my Playstation was that I was tired of my PC running too slow for many games. I really love that with the consoles you can just insert a disc and you're ready to play at any time.

I was young and we had moved to a new city and I had absolutely nothing to do and while we were out I saw a PS2 starter pack and said I wanted it.. and my mom bought it, right then and there.

I had always owned Nintendo consoles up until the Gamecube, and while I loved that console to death I was done with the lack of third party games on Nintendo consoles. So I started lookin into Xbox and Playstation to see which one I would more likely play the most. Ended up getting a PS3 and I'm glad I did, it has a great selection of games that I'm interested in and I have a huge backlog of games thanks to PS+. I'm sure I will say the same about the PS4, it just has too few games at the moment.

It had a lot of great games that were not available on any other platform. It's as simple as that. You couldn't get games like Black and God Hand anywhere else but on PS2.

Well, its a thing that happens these days- your friends has one, you have to have otherwise you don't fit in, so obviously a year ago all of my mates had a ps3, and they just said that I have to get one otherwise its wierd, so I asked my dad to get me one, and I only got one at basically the end of 2012. And well, I also wanted it because I thought its a great fun to play on all the games that were out at the time, and obviously now aswell. :)
