Will The Last of Us ever come to PS4?

What a game it was! It's just too good to delineate in words. I hope ti comes to PS4 so that we can play this game all over again.

What do you think?
 
If so it is honestly doubtful that it'll happen anytime soon - Naughty Dog is currently enter the cycle for their first PS4 title and isn't going to want to bother trying to port this - that's the reason it wasn't initially held back for launch.
 
Well, Sony says that they'll be importing games to the PS4 with a streaming system, starting with their 'greatest hits', so I think The Last Of Us won't be uh, far off.
 
"The Last of Us" specifically, i am pretty sure not. "The Last of Us" as a series, most definitely, Sony won't stop milking this series soon. It's the new Uncharted but with prettier graphics!
 
I'd be shocked if they didn't release a sequel on the PS4.

They turned Uncharted into a massive series, so I'm sure they'll do the same for The Last of Us.
 
Naughty Dog is a renowned game developer for Sony. They are known or making Crash Bandicoot, Jak and Daxter and Uncharted. And we all know that these three games all have sequels. Naught Dog's latest game which is The Last of Us could very well receive its own sequel on the PS4. I could be wrong but the odds are high that there's going to be a sequel based on the history of games developed by Naughty Dog.
 
I suppose it's a possibility but not for a while. I'm sure several PS3 titles will make a appearance. They will most likely just be ported over, it won't be a remake in PS4 hardware. It's going to be like how they do PS2 games now and how Xbox 360 deals with Xbox original games.
 
Somewhere down the line I see it being made available to play on the PS4 as a classic title (not physically but digitally). As for moving the franchise forward, I hope they build off the world they created. I am a huge fan of Naughty Dog and the incredible work that made the game such a blast to experience.

I don't know - it's possible, but Uncharted was like Indiana Jones so having completed stories back to back made sense. The Last of Us just seems complete and any further stories would likely suffer from sequelitis.

Yeah, I'm with Esperahol on this one. The Last Of Us seemed like a standalone thing. It was a complete story. You might see something in the same universe, maybe, but sequels or prequels are definitely something I don't want to see.
 
Probably, I think they're going to use the same Strategy as they used on the God of War series and make it available to the upcoming consoles even if they need to make up some sort of a brand new storyline, the game is quite good so I hope they're really going to make it happen in the PS4.
 
I think that they will make it on PS4. I hope they don't keep releaseing sequels of the game though or I will be annoyed. It was a good game but it may be pushing it to make another game again. The story was so good, but that doesn't mean they should make a brand new storyline for the PS4.

I wonder what the streaming system will be like. Will we be able to just insert the ps3 cd and play? Hmm...
 
I highly doubt it, but it could always be a possibility. I won't be surprised since companies are always hungry for money.
