Will the PS4 handle more connectivity?

If that is how to say it, such as the PS3. I have decent internet connection. I dislike how the PS3 can't withhold nearly as much as what I'm paying for. I have 60 mb download, and 10mb upload. However, the PS3 can only handle 2 or 3 upload and at least 10 download. Unfortunately, lately my PS3 only does 1mb upload along with 3 or 4mb download. Sometimes this changes, but still holds a very small amount. This disappoints me as most can understand. Going back to my question, will the newly PS4 do better? Will it give myself a better connection?

For those who might ask;

- I am on wireless. However, it's still the same with the cable. My PS3 is only 3 or 4 feet away also.
- I have tried the Static and Port-forwarding. Still doesn't change much.
- I have also tried restoring the PS3. etc etc.

Don't understand, the most download I gotten was 10 and about 5-7 upload. But I hope the PS4 can do better.

Thanks~

Weird. Try wired again but with a different ethernet cable, make sure you re-do the connection settings and also. What router do you have? Do other wireless devices get slow speeds? Change the DNS settings to one of Googles?

I'm sure the PS4 will do better, it has wireless N and has gigabit ethernet.

Netgear is my router, and Arris for my Modem. The connection settings are fine, and it's still the same wired.
