Yay or nay. Scuff controllers

What is your take on scuff controllers? I've never used them for any system. And to me they seem more like a call of duty specific unit.
If you have one where did you get it and do you like it.
I don't think I play enough cod, or play cod well enough to justify one.

Plastic extensions for the controller.

Additional buttons usually added to the bottom side so you don't have to break your grip to do another action.
Example: Instead of moving your thumb off of the analog stick to press O to reload. You can have a button on the bottom side to do it with another one of your fingers.
