I do find it odd that Japan is last cap off the rank? Maybe because they know they need to compete with Microsoft in the other regions, whilst in Japan they obviously don't have that concern. Any other ideas?

Seeing how many Sony exclusives that we most likely won't ever see on the west, i wish i could wait the same so i can get them too.

So Feb 22 in Japan, which basically means that it isn't showing up here in India for a long time now. I hope I won't have to import one in the end.

Congrats on getting your PS4's Europe, your in a better position then NA in that hopefully your launch runs a bit smoother. At least your getting your console before Feb of 2014 for poor Japan. I hear Japanese gamers are really angry due to the delay but if there are no games I don't see what Sony can really do to make matters any better.

Yeah Japan's not getting theirs yet because Yoshida wants more games available for the Japanese market. Usually there would've been a few games available for Japan then by the time of the North American launch a few of those would float over and upon Europe's release there would more title spillover including those mainly for the European market (that also get released in North America and Japan).

This time is kinda odd since Japan is the stronghold for PlayStation sales.

Wow Japan has a little waiting period. I am glad we were the first to get it.

Yeah, the timing for Japan is pretty weird since Sony is pretty good about letting them be first or at the very least second when it comes to release. I'm surprised that more games weren't available for them, who dropped the ball there? But I can feel the pain of the Japanese gamer, not only do they have to wait until Feb but it won't release until the weekend due to Japanese law.
