That is seriously strange, considering that much heat would burn the PS4 itself first before melting the body. are you sure the heat was emitting from the PS4 itself? it seems some external heat melted the body.

I believe you can, although I never tested and I'm not sure if all keyboards and mice are compatible or not.

Turn off, unplug, press power button until beeping stops. then turn it back on, it works. Happened to me twice.

PS4 max out at 60hz, some games max out at 30. Why do you need more anyway? the difference is not noticeable.

Doing slim, power efficient, adding ports, making it cheaper and stuff are ok, its done on previous generations. What they were talking was changing the internal hardware to a more powerful version, so it can run higher quality games. if that happens, some new PS4 games wont likely to run on old...

The problem is reselling would be a lot harder as no one wants the "old PS4" as it may not play the new games. If they wanna release a new superior hardware, it is better to just release PS5 or something. At least that way current PS4 owners would be less pissed.

Im currently playing. not the best MGS IMO. the open world thing is kinda pointless. Should finish before i give my full opinion

If you like shooters I think its better go with Xbox, they have good shooter base and most of their first party games are shooters. PS4 and PS in general are more focused on story based games.

You went for the wrong games. I agree the games are not as impressive as PS3's lineup(which is already matured and finished its life cycle) but there are plenty of brilliant games currently available on PS4.
