Cannot connect to PSN - PS4

Hello guys!

I`m trying to play online here and it seems like PSN is down. When I go to the settings and test my connection, it successfully obtains IP address and connect to internet, but fails to connect to PSN log-in (ERROR NW-31201-7).

Is this happening to you guys?

Is something wrong with my ps4??

My friend who plays on a PS3 is connected, but like many others I cannot connect on my PS4. I could try my PS3, but err, I am too lazy for that.

My Vita connected just fine, but not my PS4. Wonder what they're doing? Maintenance maybe? I thought Sony only did maintenance on the day of a big game release
