cannot connect to server (NW-31201-7)

I cannot connect to psn at all i have tried reseting my router and modem, i have tried powering the PS4 off then on, logging out and back in (as me and as diffrent users), i have even tried hardwiring my ps4 and nothing. Anyone else having this problem or know of something i havent tried

Hi, I believe psn is down for scheduled work till around 10pm gmt

oh ok thanks. any idea what time that is central it's 4pm now and its been down for at least two hours
