CE-36329-3 Crashes

Before anything I want you to know I HAVE read the Sony page on CE-36329-3. I have tried all of that.
My PS4 has been crashing on my for the last few months or so, showing error code CE-36329-3 every single time. My research shows this is from corrupted save data. My theory is that this is because I used to keep GTA5 suspended on rest mode for days without ever closing the application or even shutting the system down. (Pretty dumb on my part.)
Some days I will get lucky and get to play without any crashes, but most days it'll crash after 20 minutes. I have already initialized normally, and from safe mode.

Question 1. It crashed during the first initialization attempt, but when I turned it on again it just started over from scratch and was able to finish. Would this crash have caused some sort of problem?
Question 2. Would replacing the HDD fix this problem permanently?

Thanks for your time.
