Does the PS4 live up to the hype?

For those of you who bought the PS4, do you think it lives up to the hype? What are your thoughts on it? What do you like about it and what do you dislike?

I like it, you can see the graphics improvement in killzone. I dislike the psn right now on it. Can't seem to do anything without it flaking out. I'm guessing becuase the system is overloaded from launch. I can give you a better impression about it as i've had more time to play with. I'd also keep an eye on the owner impression sticky in this board as well for other user experiences.

That's really cool to hear. I'm waiting a bit before I buy mine, 1: because I want to get it on sale, 2: because I'm waiting for all the kinks to be ironed out. But it's interesting to hear actual owners, I hope more of them post on this board. My one question to any owner is about the Share button. Is it working well for them? What to they think about the feature?

Wondering this as well. Thinking about buying, but not sure between xbox or ps4. Starting to lean the right way though...

That's why I never buy anything on launch day. Because there are a ton of bugs, or issues that show up. I'd rather ride the storm out and wait a bit for things to calm down before I buy a PS4. Besides in a couple of months, I think they'll have most if not all of the issues solved and if I'm even luckier maybe someone will buy it for me.
