Help stuck disc in PS4 won't eject

I would totally do that but my Call Of Duty Ghosts game is stuck in the PS4. I called the store where I bought it (Future Shop) and they said they can't take it out.

Oh and keep in mind, sometimes messing with a ps3/ps4 like this will void a warranty. Not sure on that but...I don't know what else to say.

I had same problem, although I tried this and so far it has worked. When you power the system hold down the power on the console till you hear a secound beep. It should take you to safe mode. Go to update softwate or system and update. After it restarts and installs, hopefully issue resolved

CmpPanda - Sony tech support made me go through those steps. The disk didn't pop out though so no luck on that.

Unchained - doing that ejected your disk?

My issue was that the game was constantly being ejected, even to the point I couldn't even slide the game back into the tray. However after updating through safe mode it did allow the eject button to finally work and stopped the auto eject problem. I would try and see if it helps.

Did they have you do anything after you turned the screw?.... i did this and the disk has came out, but now it will not take in any disk, i feel like the optical drive is shut off or something?
