Let's give credit where it's due and at least Nintendo has some good news. They have sold out The Legend of Zelda The Wind Waker HD GameStop Limited Edition. Seems like little but it's still good anyways.

What do you think guys?

How much better will the graphic style be in HD? That's not a rhetorical question, I'm genuinely curious.

It's a little surprising that a Windwaker remake has warranted so much attention, I never figured it to be that exceptional as far as Zelda titles go. Good for Nintendo though, lord knows they could use a bright light in their current struggles.

So much for the HD hype! I don't get it man. I am not going to buy something they should have distributed for free.

Good news for Nintendo. I see a Wii U in my future, perhaps when they start to release more of their premiere 1st Party titles.

That's good news for Nintendo that they have sold out on this game, but I don't see what is so special about a HD upgrades on old classic games.

So, they put out an HD version of an old game and it sells out? Good news for Nintendo but they put out very few copies or something because otherwise it doesn't make sense to me.

Just so everyone knows, Wind Waker HD is not just a HD port of Wind Waker. There are new models for many buildings and things like that. It looks significantly different. The best way to explain it is that it looks like the way you remember Wind Waker looking.

I remember reading on multiple sites it sold rather well, top 10 in total number of sales across all platforms. For example week one it sold over 152K physical copies in North America alone, the number of sales of the digital media form of the game is said to have sold many more copies.

As the number of launch titles decreases for the upcoming game consoles it appears that it may actually be the Wii U that will have the greater library come this holiday season. I still see a Wii U in my future, preferably a used 32GB console.

Wow ... And that's just the remake of Wind Waker.
I promise you that the console will sell like hotcakes when there will be a Zelda. A true Zelda games totally new and in HD.

Imagine how the console will sell .... It will be amazing. I will certainly part of the buyers.
So I am not surprised by sales and I am extremely happy for Nintendo. I hope they will continue this momentum.

IF that is the case, then those figures are absolutely insane, even if we take into account the supposed changes dame6089 talked about.

Have to say that Nintendo definitely know what they are doing.
