I am thinking of buying ps4 this summer but,in my country PLAYSTATION Network is working but PLAYSTATION store is not available in my country,if i were to register to some other country and buy ps+ for it will i be able to download and buy games from my country using some credit card like MASTER or VISA,or i must have credit card from place i registered? This is really only reason i am thinking of not buying ps4.

Where are you from if I may ask?

You can get PS+ from anywhere I believe.

I'm from Iran, obviously there is no PSN for Iran, I connect to UK server and I use UK store and basically everything about me is linked to UK, and it works just fine. have to pay in pounds though ;)

Sneaky sneaky. Do they sell PS4s in Iran or did you have to import it?

I dont know why Sony Iran does not officially sell PS4(hence no warranty inside Iran), but yeah they sell PS4 in Iran. We have all regions available.
Funny thing is we got PS4 2 days after its US launch for region 1, and then I think we got it 1 day after EU release for region 2(mine is region 2 btw).
Same with Xbone.

My friend that lives in Serbia, had to register PlayStation Network to Croatia, because Serbia is not available to PlayStation Network.
I thought that there's no PlayStation consoles in Iran, it even got released two days later after USA, while me european had to wait to November 29.

With digitally delivered goods, you can simply buy the product using a vpn and pay with a credit card or paypal.

True. I'm not surprised that PSn isn't available everywhere, I'm not sure what Sony is planning with that but there are other ways to sign on if you can. It's an annoying downside but the rollout for the countries that should get it is taking its time.
