Uncharted 3 vs Tomb Raider Remake

Two of my most beloved games are Tomb Raider and Uncharted. I just love the style of action that the games bring to the table. I love the story of both games too. But ever since I played Uncharted on the PS3, I knew that it had an edge over the Tomb Raider series. It looked better, played better, was more funny, witty, etc. But when the Tomb Raider remake came along, boy that made me think twice. Which do you guys think is better? Uncharted 3 or the Tomb Raider remake? What about when we talk about the series as a whole? Which game wins?

Honestly, I have to go with the Tomb Raider reboot. The Uncharted games are fun and it's humour makes it all that better, but TR surprised the heck out of me when I first played and even when I finished the campaign. I thought it was going to be a Uncharted rip-off and while it certainly borrows more then a few things from Uncharted, I just loved the story and how you felt for the poor girl. Really hoping this will be the beginning of a new franchise for Lara.

Tomb raider is better, but uncharted 3 was better for its time. Plus the fact that alot from tomb raider is stolen from uncharted 3, with some added features here and there.

It's amazing what a good remake could do to a game don't you think? In my opinion, Tomb Raider was starting to fall into into irrelevancy before the remake. But then the remake came along and made Tomb Raider fresh again and it's back into contention with the big boys.

I have loved both Tomb Raider series' and Uncharted. Both are awesome games, but for overall enjoyment I've had out of both series Tomb Raider has to be the winner. Like many growing up, Tomb Raider was a must in the collection. It was really an addictive game to play as a kid. I think in terms of graphics and playability though Uncharted is on top. It's hard to say which is best to me but I suppose I'd choose Tomb Raider for the childhood memories I have of playing it.

Tomb Raider hands down. Uncharted is a good game, but I will always go with Tomb Raider. I have played a few of the games in this series and I like the ones I have played
and the reboot was very good. I like how they did everything in this game.

If the decision was between Uncharted 2 and Tomb Raider I would pick U2 but since the one we are talking about is the third one I will pick TR. The story was great, which for me is a big plus for a game, specially compared with U3 which was just disappointing.

My vote goes to Tomb Raider just for the history. The game itself is incredible, the graphics are ridiculous and the story line is awesome as well.
