VR tech isn't happening

A more complex motion control system back when motion control was a huge thing would've been great. Like go from what Wii were doing at the start of the generation and end the generation with something more elaborate. Move was insignificant and Kinect was just broken so it's good that everyone walked away from MC for the most part.

I would've liked more work to be on motion control as well. I think that could've gone a bit further than VR which would need a bunch of stuff to warrant the price that they would be likely to run with for a headset. Hell I think either Tiger or Tomba mentioned that VR and MC would go together perfect. A better MC would picked up whatever failed expectations VR might give off.

That's true. Hell if you could send out for food through your VR set you wouldn't need to leave home at all...well maybe for work and whatever gatherings. You know, weddings, funerals, etc.

FPS obvious, the first person slasher as well (it's coming, it has to)...really anything first person, honestly. Blood Dragon should be spun off into its own game. All of that 80s deliciousness is MADE for VR.

The best genre for VR and MC would be FPS (so many acronyms). I hope the first FPS on join VR/MC is a Civil War or Revolution game. Muskets. MUSKETS!

I would play a Civil War shooter in virtual reality. Seems like you'll constantly get hit with a cannonball or shrapnel in the chest or leg.
