iPhone or Android Phone?

I’m honestly wanting to save up for an iPhone to get over this bland Blackberry Curve I’ve had for years now. I heard from friends of mine on how they declared they don’t really need to get a new Android phone when they can just install an update and things will be like new again.

Not sure if they were kidding, or maybe they just had a decent phone model, but I have been tempted to shift to Android lately. Though with how some of my relatives are becoming addicted to the iPhone’s ease of access, time killing apps, and good quality in videos and music, my opinion might change for Apple instead.

Personally I prefer the iPhone.
The interface is prettier, simpler and overall better. But this is just my opinion, I do realize that android is great too, I'm just accustomed to Apple right now.

I prefer Android by leaps and bounds. I've had an iPhone, but I'm someone who likes to tinker around with my devices and see if I can do extra stuff with it (did the same with my Wii, PSP, PS3, etc.) and Android is far more open to that kind of stuff. You can still jailbreak iOS, but it only allows so much to be done.

If you want it to just work and the security iOS is perfect for you. If you're feeling adventurous and want to enter the danger zone then Android's your drink.

That's the same reason I prefer Android. It's more of a recreational/leisure phone without the luxury price. When I had an iPhone it was purely for work since those are reliable not to crash, but I find them dry as far as doing stuff with it outside of what it wants you to do.

...and I don't care for middleman iTunes.
