What was your favorite PS1-PS3 game ever made?

For PS1 - Medal of Honor. For PS2 - Ace Combat 5: The Unsung War. For PS3 - Fallout 3. There's so many more, but those are the standout titles.

    Mature Games

Now that I think about it, I only have one. Metal Gear Solid. I got in trouble when I was younger for having it and got it taken away for a few years!

Best Resident Evil game for the PS1

I think RE2 was the epitome of survival horror on the PS1. That's the one to play! RE1 has it's moments too though.

    Evolution Of Playstation Features

For me it's the wireless functions. Being able to sit back or get up with wireless controllers and headsets is a blast. That and the online integration. Patches, online gaming, and friends. All great stuff.

Sony to reveal PlayStation VR headset at GDC next month – report

This probably will end up just like 3D. A fun gimmick at first, but no one will adopt it and they'll pretend like it never happened. It's still cool to see tech like this though.

Bethesda’s next game reveal is “gonna be a while,” says Howard

Same here. While I understand that Bethesda takes their time with games, I am also extremely anxious to play the next Fallout title. The day will come, we just have to be patient unfortunately. But if they decided to create a new IP in the same vein as Fallout or TES, I would also be happy...

Ken Levine shuttering Bioshock studio Irrational Games

The only game in this series that I've played to completion is BioShock Infinite. That game was the perfect blend of gameplay and story. It's always sad seeing a dev like this get closed down, while the huge, AAA devs continue to pump out the same stuff every year. The games industry is at a loss.

Do I need catching up on the story?

There's not really much story connecting these games. They are contained within each game. I still recommend going back and playing the first three games though. They are FANTASTIC. Especially Uncharted 2: Among Thieves.

PS3 game you wished you had bought?

Well regardless of what you play it on, GTA V is a fantastic game! I'm glad I didn't miss that one. It was the number one game for me in 2013. If that hadn't come out, it would have been The Last of Us.

    4k tv ?

Yeah, that's what I meant. But it's still pointless to watch 4K videos because you still need a 4KTV.

    Clean PS4 Controller

I would take it apart and clean the base of the analog stick. It's probably deep down in there and no amount of surface cleaning will fix it. But do this at your own risk! Have a talk with your brother also. :P

    The Playstation 4 Guide

This is incredible! I have a few friends who are still on the fence about upgrading. I'll have to show them this! Excellent job!

Metal Gear Solid 5: Ground Zeroes gets price cut on PS4, Xbox One

This is great! Not sure if I'll get it day one, but this is still good news. This isn't a full game and did not need to be forty dollars.

    System ruined?

I was going to say that it might be the actual HDMI port on the PS4. But if you can see the safe-mode screen, it looks like it's a hardware malfunction. Best bet is to call Sony.

    4k tv ?

This. 4K is still way too new and expensive for it to be a part of gaming. Nobody has a 4KTV. I have heard though that the PS4 can output 4K video, but I'm not sure is this was actually implemented.

Has your Playstation 3 undergone the ring of death?

Seems like it's always the old systems that go. The ones that had all the best features! :/ The PS3 that died for me was the 80GB. All those media slots and USB ports. And PS2 emulation!

Atmosphere and Depth. The Perfect Game.

Hello! Let's share our favorite atmospheric PS3 games. If you don't know what I mean, here's an example: Fallout 3. Sounds and sights that immersed you in the game. You feel as though you are truly there and living the experience. I have a fascination with these types of games, and I know I'm...

Is it time to retire our old ps3?

I think it's time to retire that model, yes. It sounds like it's run it's course. Either invest in a PS4, or another newer PS3. You can try to revive it, and it may work, but those old PS3s are ancient now.

Has your Playstation 3 undergone the ring of death?

The first PS3 I ever had got the Yellow Light. But it was my fault. It was an overheating issue. I bought the Slim PS3 shortly after and have taken good care of it ever since. That was back in 2009. If you take good care of your system, it should last you a good long while.

    Streaming Netflix?

The only thing wrong with the PS3 Netflix app is the latency problems while using the Pulse headset. With the two Pulse's that I've owned, both were choppy while watching Netflix, and sometimes the sound even cuts off completely. Netflix is amazing on the PS3, but you won't be able to enjoy the...
